Pépin v. The Queen (October 23, 2014 – 2014 TCC 312) is a companion case to the Dallaire case blogged earlier on this site. As in that case, the Tax Court held that the taxpayer was a nominee and did not realize a capital gain on the disposition of property held in the names of the taxpayer and his spouse, Ms. Dallaire.
